Itinerary

Day 1: Sai Gon – Cai Be – Vinh Long – Can Tho (L)
Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and we will drive to Cai Be. The program will start with the visit of Cai Be colorful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how honey, coconut candy, pop-rice, and rice paper are made. …A delicious lunch will be served under the shade of local orchards on an Island.
After lunch, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals and to enjoy the peaceful time. It is so interesting to see traditional houses made of wood and palm tree leaves and see some activities of the local farmers with an opportunity to make contacts with them and see how they catch fish or pick up fruits by ancestral ways in Mekong Delta. We will enjoy some kinds of fruits from his garden when listening to the traditional music.
Leave the island and arrive Vinh Long province where the driver is waiting for us. Take a short time to go to Can Tho. Check in the hotel. Relax at night.

Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang floating market – Sai Gon (B)
Take a early wake up to visit Cai Rang floating market – the biggest floating market in Mekong Delta. We can easily feel the busy environment by floating through boats to boats and see how local people do business. In front of every boat, they hang their products on the bamboo stick.
Afterwards, we will arrive a local rice-noodle factory to see how it is made.
Go back to hotel and check out. Take a 5-hour-ride to come back Sai Gon.
