Pleasant savory and spicy taste mainly symbolize Hoi An cuisine. And colorful and elegant platting also makes it become more famous in Vietnamese cuisine.

Central Coast Vietnam

This coastal stretch of the country seems like such a wonderful paradise of fresh and non-expensive seafood, with a large number of preparation ways.

Along with its well-known fruits, there are many specialties that characterize the rivers.
